We have all heard about how digital marketing is the new buzz, the new cool marketing process used to engage millennials, we have heard how traditional marketing is in a permanent decline, and how engagement and conversational marketing is the new deal to get more customers and retain them.  This is all true, but another more glaring truth is, most brands have not tapped into 10% of the real possibilities digital marketing puts on the table, while a lot of others are getting it totally wrong.

Part of the most interesting questions I experience while consulting for Nigerians setting out to start-up an Online business is the business model  to  employ.

The truth is, there isn't much magic to it, business models are already defined, the trick is to use the right one or the right combination of models for a business and integrate it in the operational work flow of the business.

What’s great about email marketing is that it’s one of the best types of marketing campaigns to carry out, the benefits are instant, and when implemented correctly the return on investment is substantial.

You would probably have experienced losing someone you love to someone else because you took too long to express how you really feel with the appropriate words and action. You end up losing the one you truly care about or end up in the dreaded 'friend zone'. Just like people are constantly losing out on a great fulfilling relationship with someone they want, brands and businesses are also losing out on converting prospects to paying clients or customers, because they are not initiating the right action.

Now that we have that out of the way, allow me to quickly list why everyone should consider using the internet for marketing, and why those not fully utilising digital channels should do a reappraisal. 

The Nigerian Digital space has witnessed tremendous growth, people now turn to their digital devices for a lot of activities; information consumption, communication, socialisation, entertainment etc.

By embracing the internet, many operators of small and medium enterprise now market their products seamlessly to existing clients and attract new ones, reaping bountifully in the process.

It is a known fact that everything on earth is dependent on time. The failure and success of a relationship also depends on both parties understanding timing, because for everything there is a time and a season.

In real-life relationships,couples need to understand the best time to make certain moves on their partners.

Attraction is very important in real life relationships. You cannot leave to chance, what you intend to attract because there are lot of things out there waiting to be attracted. You need the right  strategy, pay the right prize and watch your targets fall into your arms. If you want someone successful,what steps are you taking to be successful?

I was scrolling down my Facebook feeds and I saw this update from one of my friends: “So much 'cock and bulls' (misleading information) on the web today. You need to be filled with God's Spirit to even surf the Web without being contaminated physically, spiritually, emotionally and even psychologically. So many lies, half truth, propaganda and even deliberate seeds of evil are being sold to the undiscerning populace as news. Only God can save us from the hands of the minds that conceive these ideas in our world today. Never take any information off the internet or media until you've scrutinized it well. This age that we live in is the age of the battle between the Naked Truth and Well Dressed Lies.
